Reverse Tic Tac Toe

Draw a Tic Tac Toe Board on the dry erase board.  Children are divided into two teams- x and o.  First team comes up- selects a square.  Team is given a word to spell in the square.  Word is correct, cover with an "x."  Word is incorrect, cover with an "o."  The "o" team goes next with the same procedure.  Continue back and forth play until a team gets three in a row.

Jenga

Students divided into two teams.  Team is given a word to spell.  Spell the word correctly, pull out to Jenga blocks.  Spell it incorrectly, pull out two blocks.  First team to make the tower fall loses.
